Chicken roll

Chicken roll is a popular and delicious snack that is perfect for a quick and easy meal or as a party appetizer. Here's a simple recipe for chicken roll:









Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (coriander leaves)
  • 4-6 roti or tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger paste. Saute until the onions become soft and translucent.
  2. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and tomato ketchup. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, stirring frequently, until the chicken is heated through and the flavors are well combined.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
  6. Warm the roti or tortillas on a dry skillet or in the oven.
  7. Place a scoop of the chicken mixture on each roti or tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  8. Serve the chicken roll hot with your favorite sauce or chutney.
