Paneer Kofta
Ingredients: 250 grams paneer (cottage cheese) 2 boiled potatoes, peeled and mashed 1/4 cup gram flour (besan) 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder Salt to taste Oil for frying For the gravy: 2 tablespoons oil 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 2-3 green chilies, chopped 2 medium-sized tomatoes, pureed 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder Salt to taste 1/2 cup cream 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves Instructions: Crumble paneer in a bowl and add mashed potatoes, gram flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well to form a dough. Divide the dough into small equal portions and shape them into balls. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the paneer balls until golden brown.
