Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions:
- Clean the chicken pieces thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, and salt.
- Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well.
- Cover the bowl with a cling wrap or lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chicken to absorb the flavors of the marinade.
- When ready to cook, preheat your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
- Grill the chicken skewers over the hot coals, turning them frequently, until they are evenly cooked and slightly charred on all sides.
